ASSESSMENT REFUND POLICY
If for any reason you need to cancel your assessment, you can get a full refund up to 1 week in advance OR if your time slot is replaced with another appointment. If you need to cancel within the one week window there is a $300 cancel fee, but the remaining amount of the fee paid will be refunded.
PRODUCT REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
We will accept for return or exchange, products that are in new or unused condition within 30 days of original purchase for full refund or credit.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR FABRIC ORDERS LESS THAN 5 YARDS.
