Assessments or Consultations have the following refund policy:
If for any reason you need to cancel you can get a full refund 1 week in advance or if your time slot is replaced with another appointment. If you need to cancel within the that one week window there is a $300 fee but the remaining amount of the assessment fee paid will be refunded.
Product Returns:
Fabrics- Less than 5 yards of fabric cannot be returned. For orders of 5 or more yards of fabric, if you have not cut or sewn the fabric, you can return for a full refund within 30 days of receipt less shipping fees.
Satic Products- Power Perfect Boxes and Plug-In Filters We will accept for return or exchange, products that are in new or unused condition within 30 days of original purchase for full refund or credit. If you need help trouble shooting after installation, contact us at info@shieldedhealing.com The Power Perfect Boxes are covered by a 10-year manufacturer's warranty when installed by a licensed electrician.
Sauna Space Products- Saunas, Photon Light and Tungsten Panel You have up to 100 days to test your SaunaSpace® Product and decide if it suits you. We think you’ll keep it. But if not, you can return it during the 100 Day Trial for a 100% refund. As long as the SaunaSpace® Product is still in “like new condition” we will refund the purchase price. If you roughed it up a bit, that’s okay. We may deduct a proportional amount from the refund to cover the cost of repair of the damaged component.
Shielded Power Cords, Adapters, and ESI-24 Meters: We will accept for return or exchange, products that are in new or unused condition within 30 days of original purchase for full refund or credit. The ESI-24 meter is covered by manufacturer warranty for 2 years.
