Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days when the product is in stock. 10-12 business days when not in stock.
International orders could take up to 2-5 weeks depending on the location. In addition to shipping, you may be responsible for paying any customs, duties or brokerage fees.
All international shipments are required to go through customs in their destination country. The shipping carrier will contact you to arrange payment for any outstanding value-added tax (VAT), customs duties and/or brokerage fees. We do not collect these funds during checkout. After paying the required fees, your shipment will clear customs, allowing the carrier to make their delivery to you.
If you fail to pay the required funds in time, the carrier will ship your order back to us. If this happens, you will be responsible for the cost of any additional shipping fees charged by the shipping carrier. To learn more, refer to the customs and import restrictions for the destination country.

All meter sales are final. The FM5 Complete meter is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty, terms and conditions apply.
We have worked directly with the manufacturer to do a second quality assurance test to be sure the meter is in working order before sending out.
